These terms apply to every purchase on umbrellys.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of the country you live in.

1. Who we are

Umbrellys is an online store operated from Croatia. Contact details are on our contact information page.

2. Products

We do our best to show the umbrella accurately. Some product images are studio renderings and colours can look slightly different on your screen than in daylight. Dimensions are approximate (folded length about 17 cm / 6.7 in, open diameter about 90 cm / 35 in).

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include free shipping. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments, Shop Pay and other methods shown there. We can refuse or cancel an order if the price was listed incorrectly or if we suspect fraud; in that case you are refunded in full.

4. Shipping

Delivery times, tracking and what happens with lost parcels are in our shipping policy.

5. Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused umbrella. Details, including damaged or missing parcels, are in our refund policy.

6. Statutory rights

Beyond the 30-day return window, the consumer protection rules of the country you live in apply, and nothing in these terms limits them.

7. Reviews and photos

If you leave a review or send us a photo, you allow us to show it on this site. We only publish reviews from real customers and remove anything offensive.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses.

9. Privacy

How we handle your data is in our privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or the United States, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you can bring a claim there.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you order is the one that applies to your order.
