Shipping

Shipping is free on every order and every parcel is tracked.

Delivery times

• United States: 9-15 days
• Europe (EU, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland): 10-20 days
• Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, Israel, Mexico: 12-25 days

These are calendar days counted from the day you order. Orders are handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days. Most parcels arrive well inside the window; a small share can take longer around holidays or customs checks.

Where it ships from

Umbrellys is operated from Croatia and our umbrellas ship directly from our partner warehouse in Asia. That is why delivery takes longer than a domestic order, and why we can keep the price where it is.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you get an e-mail with a tracking link. Tracking can take 2-4 days to show its first scan. If nothing has moved for 5 days, write to us and we will chase it.

Duties and taxes

Orders to the United States under the current de minimis threshold normally arrive with no extra charges. For other countries, import duties or VAT may apply depending on local rules and are the responsibility of the recipient unless shown at checkout.

Lost parcels

If your parcel is not delivered within 30 days of the end of the delivery window, we send a replacement or refund you in full - your choice.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, e-mail us within 12 hours and we will fix it. Once a parcel is on its way we cannot redirect it.
